My stay at Chic Hotel in Athens was quite pleasant. The location is convenient, being close to Omonia Square and most attractions, although some areas behind the hotel felt a bit dodgy at night. The rooms were small but clean, and I appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. Breakfast was decent, but not particularly impressive. Overall, it was a good experience for the price I paid.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and well presented but a bit tight on space. I found them comfortable with necessary amenities like Wi-Fi and a small fridge.

The staff provided really good service, always friendly and ready to assist with local advice. They even arranged breakfast earlier for us one morning.
Location

The location was central, which made it easy to explore Athens. However, the surroundings were not the best after dark, making me a bit cautious.
Dining

Breakfast was basic, with options like breads, cold meats, and fruits. It was good to start the day, although the scrambled eggs were cold on a couple of occasions.

5.8/10

I recently stayed at the Chic Hotel for three nights, and it was a mixed experience. On one hand, the hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful with local tips. However, my room felt like a converted terrace and lacked proper insulation, making it noisy and uncomfortable during the day. The breakfast options were quite limited, and the surrounding area, while convenient to attractions, felt a bit sketchy at night. Overall, I think the hotel is more in the range of 2 stars rather than 4.

Rooms
5.0
I had a room on the terrace that felt cramped and poorly isolated, with traffic noise seeping in at night.
Service
9.0
The staff were excellent, always willing to help and provide local insights.
Location
6.0
Though the area felt unsafe at night, it was very close to the metro and key attractions during the day.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was basic with few choices, like ham, cheese, and croissants, which was disappointing for a 4-star hotel.
Facilities

The hotel had essential amenities like Wi-Fi and air conditioning, but some rooms lacked proper facilities.

I had a pleasant stay at Chic Hotel in Athens. The customer service truly stood out, with staff going above and beyond to assist me, especially when I needed medical help. The hotel is clean and comfortable, although it can get a bit noisy due to the location. Overall, it offers good value for money with modern amenities and easy access to transport.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms are small but very clean and well-maintained. I had no issues with the amenities provided, and the bed was one of the comfiest I've encountered in a hotel (which really helped me recharge). I did notice some noise from the main road, but it didn't disrupt my sleep too much.
Service
10.0
The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They greeted me with smiles, assisted me with finding a hospital, and offered useful local advice, which I really appreciated. They even printed maps for my upcoming trips, showcasing their dedication to customer care.
Location

While the area surrounding the hotel isn't the most attractive and has some rough spots, I found it to be very convenient. I was able to walk to major attractions like the Acropolis and Plaka easily. Plus, it's just a short distance from Omonia metro station, making transport to other parts of the city a breeze.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was good, offering a decent selection of pastries, hams, and cheeses (though don't expect traditional bacon and eggs). It served as a nice start to my day, especially before heading out to explore the city.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel has modern decor and clean public spaces, which made the overall atmosphere enjoyable. The check-in process was quick and efficient. I appreciated the available luggage deposit and the excellent air conditioning, which made my stay comfortable despite the warmth outside.

I had a mixed experience at Chic Hotel in Athens. The room was modern and clean, and the location near Omonia metro station was super convenient for exploring. However, the noise from the street made it hard to sleep well at night, and the shower was not as private as I would have liked. Overall, it offers decent value for the price, but don’t expect a true 4-star experience.

Rooms
5.0
While my room was clean, it was rather small and the bathroom setup felt awkward with the glass doors. I also noticed a lack of sound insulation, making the street noise quite bothersome at night.
Service

The staff were genuinely helpful and accommodating. They offered great local dining tips and assisted me with my tickets to a concert I attended during my stay.
Location

The hotel is very central, but the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy at night. I did feel safer sticking to the busier main roads when going out.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was basic but decent enough to start the day. I do wish there had been a wider selection, though.
Facilities
5.0
The Wi-Fi connection was disappointing, often too weak to be useful. I also noted that there were minimal amenities like storage space in the room.

My stay at Chic Hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, I appreciated the modern amenities and the cleanliness of my room, which provided a decent retreat after a day of exploring Athens. However, I found the location concerning, especially at night, and the noise from the busy street outside was quite disruptive. The breakfast was also basic and could use more variety.

Rooms

The room was clean and had modern amenities, but it was quite small and faced the noisy main road, making it hard to sleep.
Service

The staff were friendly and willing to help with local recommendations, which enhanced my experience.
Location

The hotel's location near Omonia Square is convenient for exploring the city, but I felt uneasy walking around the area after dark.
Dining

Breakfast offered limited options that were basic, yet the quality was acceptable for a quick start to the day.
Facilities

While the hotel has good facilities, I encountered issues with the air conditioning, which dampened my overall comfort.
